Thankam Paul, MD, is a gastroenterologist in the division of pediatric gastroenterology, nutrition and liver diseases.

Paul received her medical degree from St. Thomas Hospital Medical School. She completed three residency programs at West Lambeth Community Care Trust, St. Thomas Hospital Medical School and Aler Hey Hospital in the United Kingdom. She completed her fellowships at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York and Hasbro Children's Hospital. Thankam specializes in pediatric hepatology (diseases of the liver) and nutritional support services.
