Gretchen Stalters, RD, graduated with a BS from the University of Connecticut, and later received her MS in health administration from Long Island University.

Stalters has experience working with all types of adult and pediatric nutrition issues. She is involved with the Celiac Support Group for children and has given nutrition talks to several community and professional groups.

Stalters is a member of the American Dietetic Association and is a certified diabetes outpatient educator. She has worked with the child and family psychiatry department on several studies involving teens and obesity and cystic fibrosis.
