iFriend: A Social Skills GroupiFriend helps children from ages 8 through 11 build friendship skills, improve
conversation skills, and learn to cope with frustration through structured lessons, activities and games.
Incredible Years: Positive Parenting for Challenging KidsIncredible Years is a skill-building course for parents to learn
effective ways to help children with behavior challenges to calm down, follow directions and get along with others.
Mindful Teen Mindful Teen uses a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) approach to help teens with rapidly changing
moods manage their emotions and reduce impulsive and self-destructive behaviors.
Teen Anxiety Group (TAG)TAG uses cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) to help teens overcome anxiety, stress
and worry so that they can achieve the life they want.
