Description
Each year, thousands of teenagers consume large quantities of alcohol
resulting in treatment in an emergency room for alcohol intoxication
and associated injuries. This project is testing whether counseling
sessions with intoxicated teenagers and their parents will reduce
the likelihood of future alcohol-related problems.
Significance
This project will help us learn better ways to treat teenage alcohol
abuse.
