Psychopathology, Cognition, and Suicide in Adolescents

Description:
This study is designed to examine whether various thought processes increase the risk of suicidality among adolescent hospitalized on a psychiatric inpatient unit.

Significance:
Information obtained from this study will help us to better understand thinking patterns associated with suicidal thoughts and behavior among adolescents. It may also help inform cognitive-behavioral interventions with suicidal adolescents..
