Lifespan Joint Privacy Notice
1. Who We Are
This Notice describes the privacy practices of Lifespan and the
Lifespan affiliates, primarily hospitals that make up the Lifespan
health care system. We believe it is in the best interest of patient
care to standardize privacy practices at all Lifespan entities.
