Healthy Serving:
Spinach, Feta, Olives and Whole Wheat Pasta
Ingredients:
(1 serving)
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach (defrosted)
- 8 black olives
- 1/2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup of whole wheat pasta
Directions:
Heat the olive oil on medium. Add the garlic and cook about 2 minutes. Add the spinach, stir to coat with the olive oil and let cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the olives and the feta cheese. Toss with the whole wheat pasta.

- 540 calories
- 2 vegetables
- 2 starches
