Healthy Serving:
Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 1 box fresh mushrooms
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup flavored bread crumbs
- cup grated low-fat Parmesan cheese (approximate)
- Garlic powder to taste
Directions:
Chop onion and mushroom stems and saut in margarine. Shake in garlic
powder. Remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs and grated cheese. Stuff
mushrooms and bake in greased casserole dish or baking pan. Bake uncovered
at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
