Baked Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/4 clip orange juice
- Grated rind of one lemon
- 1/4 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
Mash cooked sweet potatoes and combine with remaining Ingredients.
Turn into lightly oiled casserole. Cook uncovered in 350° oven
for 20-30 minutes or until heated through. Yields 4 servings.
