tree, or cooking.
- If you decide to do holiday shopping, purchase through a catalog or
make a simple list.
- Let family and friends know how much celebration you can comfortably
handle.
- Allow yourself to express your feelings.
- Do something special (purchase a gift in memory of your loved one).
- Keep in mind that one day you will enjoy the holidays again.
