Women and HIV
A clinical trial is underway for HIV+ women who have not been on
medication before.
It is a 2-year study that measures the efficacy of the drugs along
with the fat redistribution of the participant. This is the first
study for women only. A group meeting provides women with information
about the disease and how to care for and empower themselves.
