• Coordinates Lifespan’s Youth Development and Youth Employment programs
• Develops strategies to encourage youth to consider and pursue health care careers at Lifespan
• Speaks to youth to increase knowledge and awareness of health care careers

Alexis Devine is dedicated to increasing youth awareness of health care careers and access to employment at Lifespan. Her passion for creating opportunity shows through her efforts to educate them about life skills and proper training to obtain a career. Her compassion is exhibited every day through her efforts to motivate youth to become successful adults. She helps young people better themselves professionally and personally. Her influence on the youth she encounters showcases her long-term commitment to helping young people develop into successful adults.

Jeni Mowry

Training Consultant

• Co-coordinates Lifespan’s Youth Employment Program
• Designs, delivers and conducts training for courses in leadership development, foundation skills, problem solving, managing conflict and time management
• Coordinates Lifespan Learning Institute career development and mentoring programs

Jeni Mowry is a motivated professional who encourages youth to live positive lives. She is focused on helping youth take a positive outlook and appreciate their opportunities. Jeni’s warm, strong presence gives youth the confidence to remain optimistic. Jeni strives to help individuals find happiness.
