When to Call

We will take calls from a patient’s primary contact person at any time. However, when calling for patient information, we recommend that primary contacts avoid calling during the change of shift.

If possible, please avoid calling the unit during the following times:

7 – 7:30 a.m.
3 – 3:30 p.m.
7 – 7:30 p.m.
11 – 11:30 p.m.
