The Miriam Hospital in partnership with the YMCA is offering an exciting new 12-week research program for women: Commit to Quit.
Based on successful strategies that include changing habits, stress management and the nicotine patch, Commit to Quit is a group program available to women smokers between the ages of 18 and 65. Participants should be in general good health and should not exercise regularly.
You do not have to be a current YMCA member to join. You will receive a three-month YMCA membership and nicotine patches at no charge.
