    Emma Pendleton Bradley Hospital is known as Bradley Hospital and is the nation's first psychiatric hospital devoted exclusively to children and adolescents.

    A Lifespan partner and a teaching hospital for The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Bradley Hospital has established itself as the national center for training and research in child and adolescent psychiatry.

    Bradley Hospital is a private, not-for-profit hospital and also operates the Bradley School, a fully certified special education school.

    Our mission at Bradley Hospital is to provide a range of family-focused, high quality mental health care to infants, children, adolescents and young adults with emotional disorders and/or developmental disabilities.

    Bradley Hospital is licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health and the Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals as an acute care hospital, and by the Rhode Island Department of Education as a special education school.

    Bradley Hospital's residential facilities are licensed by the Department of Children, Youth and Families.

    Bradley Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
