The Automated Lab

Lifespan’s Automated Lab provides rapid, accurate test results for more than one million lab tests each year. It serves Lifespan’s three acute care hospitals, as well as 17 Lifespan Laboratories patient services centers.

It is designed to increase safety for lab technicians and eliminate the risk of contamination or misidentification, improving patient safety.
