  • Artichoke Hors d'Oeuvres

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes, chopped fine
    • Garlic salt or powder
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
    • 1/2 cup grated cheese (very sharp)
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
    • Dash of Tabasco sauce

    Drain artichokes well. Sprinkle with garlic salt or powder, salt and pepper. Saute onions until tender. Mix all ingredients. Bake in 11x7 inch pan or in a square pan for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Let set at least 10 minutes. Cut into small squares. Serve warm or cold.
