Loretta LaRoche is a stress management consultant who uses humor to reframe stressful situations, lending a new perspective on life’s difficulties. Organizations worldwide use her prescription for laughter to manage stress in the workplace and improve morale. Her energetic conferences and keynote presentations leave her audiences in an enthusiastic frame of mind.
Clients such as IBM, The New York Times, Fidelity Investments, Microsoft, the U.S. Deptartment of Labor, Huffington Post and NASA have relied on her expertise to help manage stress.
