Center for Behavioral and Preventive Medicine

Core Faculty

The Centers' faculty is committed to both basic research on discovering the mechanisms underlying behavioral factors in health and illness, as well as to applied research on the translation of these discoveries for clinical and community health improvement. The Centers' primary research programs address the leading lifestyle causes of disease burden and death - tobacco, diet, and physical activity, as well as many other behaviors relevant to improving health and health care delivery.
