More about Exeter House

The primary goal of Exeter House is to reunite children with their families or to successfully prepare them for placement in alternative long-term settings.

Exeter House is a family-centered program; families are involved at many levels of their children's care including family therapy, visit planning, program activities, educational advocacy and after-care planning. Family involvement helps parents learn the skills that will enable them to care for their children on a full-time basis. Parents are offered education and support through family therapy and have access to monthly meetings with other parents.

Throughout the treatment process, community agencies with prior and/or ongoing relationships with the children and their families are involved in reviews and after-care planning. We strive to support families in coordinating community resources and services to meet their children's unique needs.

Eligibility for Exeter House
