Registration Information

Here's how to register for Parenting Matters:

• Online with a credit card.
  NOTE: Online registration is currently closed. If you have not registered for Parenting Matters and would like to attend, please register at the event.
  
  

• By telephone with a credit card through the Lifespan Health Connection at 401-444-4800 or 1-800-927-1230.

Please indicate your three top workshops for each session (I and II). See the workshop listing for choices. Workshop confirmation and directions to Parenting Matters will be sent to you.

Registration Fees and Information:

• Until Friday, April 17, the registration fee is $25/person. After April 17, the cost is $30/person.
  
  
• If registering for more than one person by mail, make or print extra copies of the mail-in registration form, or list each person's information on a separate piece of paper.
  
  
• Please be advised that registration fees are non-refundable.
