Bradley Hospital provides four residential treatment options for up to 27 children and adolescents, ages 8 to 21, who present with chronic behavior disorders of varying degrees, in addition to a developmental disability.
- Swan House is located on the hospital's main campus in East Providence, RI and has four beds. This program provides intensive residential treatment for children and adolescents with chronic and severe behavior problems. Students admitted for residential treatment to Swan House require intensive one-on-one clinical supervision, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but do not meet the criteria for inpatient hospital admission.
- Greenwich House has seven beds and is located in East Greenwich, RI. It serves teenage girls with severe, multiple disabilities, and moderate to severe behavior disorders. Students admitted to Greenwich House also require intensive one-on-one clinical supervision due to the complexity of their multiple disabilities, as well as the presence of chronic behavioral disorders.
- Heritage House is located in Warwick, RI, and serves teenage boys with mild mental retardation, Asperger's disorder, and mild to moderate behavior disorders such as attention and motivation deficits, as well as social and life skill deficits. This eight-bed residential facility has a less intensive 2:1 student to clinical staff ratio, with an emphasis placed on preparing students for transition to varying degrees of "independent living" as they approach young adulthood.
- Rumford House is located in Rumford, a sub-section of East Providence, RI. The eight-bed house serves teenage boys with mild mental retardation, Asperger's disorder and mild to moderate behavior disorders.
