Stephen Sheinkopf, PhD

Stephen Sheinkopf, PhD, is the acting director of research in Bradley Hospital's The Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities . His research interests include social communication abilities in young children with autism, and developmental outcomes in children exposed to drugs in utero.Sheinkopf is on the faculty of the Infant Development Center and the Brown Brain Sciences program.

He received his bachelor's degree from Tufts University and his doctorate from the University of Miami. He completed his predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship in child mental health at Brown Medical School. Sheinkopf is an assistant professor of psychiatry and human behavior at Brown Medical School
