Medical Technologist

Medical technologists do more than examine specimens through a microscope. They operate complex electronic equipment, computers and precision instruments. Aside from reporting accurate results, medical technologists must work quickly and carefully, and must be self-sufficient, precise and thorough.

Educational requirements:

• A baccalaureate degree from an accredited school
• Completion of a medical technologist program at an accredited school
