The Lifespan Call Center was originally established as a health care contact center providing services for Lifespan and its affiliates. We handle all outgoing and incoming calls for these facilities.
As a hospital service, we also provide group paging or contacting services for emergency procedures, fire drills, terror attacks and hospital codes.

Our Physician Answering Service was developed to meet the needs of physicians in our community. Additionally, this answering service provides services for other health care related companies.
This service, introduced in November 2001, currently provides call center services for 54 practices and 550 members. To date, all of our customers have been extremely complimentary and our business has grown through our customers' recommendations. We now feel it is time to bring the Physician Answering Service to our community.
