COPD Program

We offer a program that teaches people diagnosed with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) how to control their symptoms.

As part of our program, a respiratory therapist provides a series of instructional sessions designed to educate the patient, family and caregivers about living with COPD. With this information, the patient can better manage their chronic disease and their quality of life.

To assist physicians in the education and treatment of their patients, our respiratory therapists routinely communicate patient progress based on an individual's plan of care.
