  • Christmas Ravioli Soup

  • This delicious, one-pot meal serves five.


    • 4 cans (14.5 ounces each) reduced sodium chicken broth
    • 20 ounces frozen ravioli
    • Large head of broccoli, washed and cut into pieces
    • 1 large jar of roasted red peppers


    1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large saucepan
    2. Add broccoli and ravioli
    3. Cook until tender
    4. Add red peppers
    5. Ladle into serving bowls
