Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8-inch square pan with vegetable cooking spray. Melt chocolate in microwave. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and walnuts.
Beat together egg whites, prunes, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix in melted chocolate. Blend in flour until combined. Pour into prepared pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Cool.
