We want you to be fully informed and have provided the following information about signs and symptoms of approaching death, as well as about pain management, nutrition and hydration at the end of life. If at any time you do not understand something, please do not hesitate to ask a nurse or physician.
About our End-of-Life Caregivers
The end of life caregivers are an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers and chaplains who are specially trained to ensure that your medical, physical, emotional and spiritual needs are met.
