Hands-Only CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants

Join the Lifespan Community Health Institute for a free, non-certified CPR training from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 18. 

Learn the following skills that could help you save a life:

• Perform hands-only CPR for adults, children, and infants.
• Use an automated external defibrillator (AED).
• Help a choking victim.
• Perform compressions. 

Please note that this is not a certified class and participants will not receive a CPR certification card.  

This class is free and open to the public.
