Diabetes Prevention Program - Spanish

This free, in-person Diabetes Prevention Program will be offered in Spanish by Lifespan Community Health Institute and Providence Community Health Centers every Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m. from April 20, 2024 to April 5, 2025. Enrollment ends on Saturday, May 11, 2024. 

The Diabetes Prevention Program is an evidence-based program that teaches people at risk for developing diabetes how to implement a healthy lifestyle with the goal of preventing or delaying the onset of type 2 diabetes.

This class wil be facilitated in Spanish.

Transportation assistance and childcare will be available.

This program is free, but registration is required. Registrants must be 18 years of age to participate. Registration closes on May 11, 2024.
