  • Fat-Free Pie Crust

  • This recipe makes an 8 or 9 inch pie crust. The recipe can be increased slightly to make a 10-inch crust. (See ingredients listing for details.)


    • 1 cup Grape-Nuts* cereal
      (1½ cup for 10 inch pie plate)
    • ¼ cup apple juice concentrate, undiluted
      (½ cup plus 1 tbsp. for 10-inch crust)


    1. Preheat oven to 350°.
    2. Mix the Grape-Nuts and apple juice concentrate
    3. Pat the mixture into 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
    4. For baked crust, bake at 350° for 10 minutes and cool before filling.
    5. For unbaked crust, fill then bake.
