Childhood Asthma Research Program
REACH
(REsilience and Asthma in CHildren)
The main goal of Project REACH is to learn more about protective factors that help or get in the way of urban children’s asthma management. African-American/Black, Latino or Caucasian families are invited to participate in 2-1½ hour interview sessions. These sessions can be done at the families’ home and/or at the Bradley Hasbro Research Center at Rhode Island Hospital, with phone call follow-ups.
Families will be compensated for their time. Transportation and child care will be provided upon families’ request.
Project REACH is funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease.
