Pediatric Preoperative Program (POP)
Important Points to Remember
- Your child cannot have solids or milk products after 12 midnight the night before
surgery
- Clear fluids may be given up until two hours before arrival time in
the operating room
- To make sure your child is not wearing jewelry or nail polish
- To bring a list of any questions
- If your child has been exposed to any communicable disease within the past 21 days, such as
chicken pox, please call us at 401-444-6030.
