Diabetes - Type I
The AbATE study will investigate whether a second course of the study drug administered one year after the first is able to prolong and improve the autoimmunity blocking effects of the drug. The study is open to people 18-30 years of age who have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes within the past six weeks. Participants will be followed for up to five years after completing therapy to assess their diabetes health and to capture laboratory measures of beta cell and immune system function. Research site located in New York, NY.

Mesothelioma
The purpose of this study is to determine whether patients feel better while taking Onconase plus doxorubicin. Patients who have taken Alimta may be eligible. Treatment duration will be at least 18 weeks. Participants must be adult patients with unresectable malignant mesothelioma, must have no more than one previous chemotherapy regimen (excluding doxorubicin). Prior surgery or radiation is allowed, and must have an acceptable performance status and have signed an informed consent. Research sites located in California, New Mexico and Missouri.

Healthy Women Studies
A 12-month trial to investigate the efficacy and safety of a low dose hormonal vaginal tablet for the treatment of postmenopausal symptoms of vaginal weakening and dryness. To qualify for study participation, you must be at least 45 years old, be naturally or surgically menopausal, have a uterus, and be able to complete study visits. Research site located in Norfolk, Va.
