  • Lemon Chicken

  • Ingredients:

    • 1 chicken, cut up
    • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
    • 2 cups chicken broth 
      (homemade, canned, or from bouillon cubes)
    • 1 tbsp. Oregano
    • Black pepper

    Place half the lemon slices in a shallow baking pan. Place chicken on top of the lemon. Pour broth over chicken. Sprinkle with oregano and pepper. Place remaining lemon slices on top of chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is done. Serves 4
