  • Mediterranean Pasta Salad



    (1 serving)

    • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
    • 3 oz.(dry weight) cooked whole wheat pasta
    • 1 cup chopped red and green peppers
    • 1/2 chopped celery
    • 1/4 chopped red onions
    • black olives (optional)

    Mix together cooked pasta and chopped vegetables, toss with salad dressing made with extra virgin olive oil..
