  • Melon Duet Soup

  • Ingredients:

    1 each cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, rough chop
    1 each honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, rough chop
    1 tsp. ginger, grated
    2 tbsp. lime juice

    Directions:

    • Puree cantaloupe with half of the lime juice and ginger until smooth. Set aside.
    • Puree honeydew with the remaining lime juice and ginger until smooth. Set aside.
    • Chill separately until service.
