- Preventing Discrimination & Harassment in the Workplace
In these sessions, participants will learn what harassment is, what their rights and responsibilities are under Lifespan policy, and how to raise concerns about incidents or conduct that might be sexual harassment. The session will also briefly cover that other forms of illegal discrimination or harassment that are prohibited at Lifespan, and how to respond to them.

- Employ ways to maintain a professional appearance by reframing negativity during challenging situations.
