I chose to join the Newport Hospital nursing float pool after I passed my boards so that I could gain as much experience as possible in different areas of nursing.
I enjoy being a “float” and I have the opportunity to work on different floors with many different staff members.I have gained a wealth of experience that is invaluable to my nursing career.
