I love OR nursing because it is very exciting and challenging. For a patient, coming in for surgery can be very stressful, and helping a patient through it is very rewarding. Newport Hospital’s OR has state-of-the-art equipment and an expert staff. Best of all, Newport Hospital gave me the opportunity to get my nursing degree while I was working in the OR as a surgical technologist.
I have worked at Newport Hospital for eight years now, so I can say with confidence that we provide the best care a patient can get.
