In honor of Daylight Savings Time this weekend, the Bradley Hospital Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory is going to be at Cardi’s Furniture in West Warwick this Saturday, April 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Staff from the lab will be there to hand out information about sleep studies, and distribute helpful tips on sleep in relation to Daylight Saving Time.
Lab members will be answering questions about sleep studies and handing out information to promote National Sleep Awareness Week. The theme of this year’s Sleep Week is “Sleep: It’s as Important as Diet and Exercise
