which features shorter exam times and wide visibility for patients.
This scanner type is advantageous for patients who are claustrophobic
in conventional, closed MRI scanners. The machine's high field strength
enables superior image quality and advanced diagnostic services.
MRI appointments at Newport Hospital can be booked within
24 hours of a physician's order. The hospital offers rapid results
turnaround for diagnosis and treatment planning. Emergency MRI service
is also available. Physicians can refer patients for MRI scans by

Newport Hospital is accredited by the American College of Radiologists
and each scan is read by a board-certified radiologist.
