NOTE: These protocols require the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in. If you do not have the plug-in installed, you can download it now for free. Follow instructions on the Adobe site for download information. Save the download to disk (your hard drive) and open the file to install it. The file should install in your "programs" folder.
