Radiologic Technology

The Radiologic Technology Program offers a 24-month, full-time, day program and a 30-month, part-time, evening program with both classroom-based and hands-on clinical education in the art and science of radiography.

Students who successfully complete the program are eligible to take the national certification examination offered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

All classes and clinical education are held at Rhode Island Hospital, its Hasbro Children's Hospital, University Orthopedics and Rhode Island Medical Imaging. Rhode Island Hospital is a major teaching hospital for Brown Medical School. A select number of students will attend clinic at The Miriam Hospital. Students will work in the hospital with physicians, radiology professionals and other members of the health care team.
