Lobby
Our tour of the Andrew F. Anderson Emergency Center begins and ends in the lobby.
The reception and waiting area located in the front of the emergency
room is visible by nursing staff at all times, and accessible from
the parking garage via the stairs and elevator. Families may pick
up and drop off patients at the center entrance.
Central nursing stations offer maximum visibility of patients,
as well as improved efficiency and traffic flow for staff.
A private family room located off the lobby, allows families of
critically ill patients and/or grieving families privacy and quiet.
