Join our culinary team and help prepare over 4,000 meals a day for patients, retail services, and catering functions. Recipe development, special function menu development and the use of cook chill technology are part of the everyday excitement in food production.

As one of the largest food service establishments in Rhode Island, our cooks prepare foods from specialty diets to white tablecloth catered functions. They also learn new techniques for food preparation and delivery.
