The Comprehensive Cancer Center
Comprehensive Care for Area Patients
Rhode Island Hospital is a founding partner of the Comprehensive Cancer Center at Lifespan, which gives patients access to oncology services at three area hospitals and many clinical trials through The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and the National Institutes of Health.
The Comprehensive Cancer Center opened in February 2004 to offer complete care for patients who have been diagnosed with cancer or blood disorders. It is important to us that you have the support you need to manage this time in your life with confidence and comfort.
Our team of experts will work with you and your family to make sure you get the best possible care. Physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers and dietitians are some of the people who comprise the multidisciplinary team that will provide your care.
