Financing the Procedure

We accept reimbursement from Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Medicare, Medicaid and other third party insurance companies. We do not overcharge what they will pay.

Exceptions are the:

• Initial office visit ($100). Follow-up visits are not charged until the 6-week visit. The charge then is $25.
  
  
• Psychological interview ($200). In order to obtain the psychological interview the patient must bring the fee to the psychologist at the time of the visit. Some or all of these charges are reimbursed to the patient by Medicare and Medicaid, Rhode Island and Massachusetts Blue Cross, as well as many private insurance companies.
  
  
• Second opinion ($150 - $200). This cost may or may not be reimbursed, depending on the insurance company.
