Slice tops off garlic bulbs. Place in small bread pan and pour in olive oil to almost cover the bulbs. Cook at 300 for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve on a bed of lettuce or spinach with Feta, olives and tomatoes. Spread individual cloves of garlic on slices of French bread and top with Feta, olives and tomato. Serves 4.
